Account information (name, email, encrypted password); Deal data (property details, financial inputs, assumptions); Billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card details); Usage data; Listing URLs you submit for automated data extraction; Financing preferences you provide during onboarding (e.g., typical down payment, target cash flow).

2. How We Use Information

To provide and operate the Platform; to process payments via Stripe; to generate AI-powered summaries and reports (deal data may be sent to Anthropic); to communicate with you; to improve the Platform.

3. Data Storage

Stored via Supabase, with row-level access controls ensuring only you can access your own deals.

4. Third-Party Services

Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), Anthropic/Claude API (AI summaries and chat), Netlify (hosting).

When you submit a listing URL, the Platform fetches publicly available content from that third-party site to extract property details. This is a one-time automated request, not an ongoing data-sharing relationship with that site.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or deal data. We share data only with the service providers listed above.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting hello.aurumreserve@gmail.com.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for users under 18.

We may update this policy; we will notify users of material changes.
